Terms of payment, conditions and shipping
Prices are indicated in Euros with VAT included. Shipping charges are added to the cost of the product. Any customs dues are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You can pay safely using all the major credit cards through PayPal or bank transfer.
PayPal complies with all the international standards of compliance PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). All the credit card details are processed only by the Paypal circuit and are not supplied to Dea Sandals.
Dea Sandals Capri are shipped through national and international couriers. At the time of the shipment, you will be sent a tracking code that allows you to keep track of your parcel.
Once your order has been placed it takes from 3 to 5 working days, from the date your payment is received, to create the sandals. Delivery times by courier in Italy are on average 48/72 hours. For islands and remote areas a premium price will be calculated and will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary from country to country. In any case Dea Sandals Capri cannot be held responsible for any delays after shipment. Delays occasionally occur due to uncontrollable factors, but we ensure that we always strive to limit any inconvenience.
Returns and cancellation policy
The sandals purchased on deasandals.com are not mass - produced but made exclusively to order since we do not hold stocks and we do not mass produce sandals. For this reason we cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been submitted, in any case, the best thing to do is to contact us to find the right solution.
Should your sandals not correspond to the order placed on www.deasandals.com because of an error on our part (model, size, colour or heel) it will be our responsibility to replace them.
Please use the utmost care when checking the size of your feet with the models in the downloadable PDF that you find in the section Choose your size following the simple instructions.
Should the package arrive damaged or opened, please notify the carrier at the time of delivery and write on the receipt “acceptance subject to verification of content” or do not accept the package. In this case please contact us immediately.
Any personal information which is collected will be used and disclosed only to provide you with the products and services you have requested. We will not under any circumstances disclose information about you to a third party unrelated to our business, unless such disclosure is authorised or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such disclosure. You can change or edit your personal information at any time by sending an email to email@example.com
